Refund Policy There will be no refunds on Successfully completed deliveries. No refunds if there is an attempt at the pickup or the delivery end of a delivery. Any additional charges accrued due to waiting time, weight, second attempt on pickup or delivery end, will only be charged with the Customers Approval! If cancelled before an attempt can be made to pickup a job, we will refund your money to you.

An Attempt consists of one of our contracted drivers making it to a pickup, and for whatever reason our driver cannot successfully make the pickup(i.e. no one home, package not there, etc.).
